2024 NJ Early Voting Info

If you usually prefer casting your ballot in person, consider voting early this year. Here’s why:

1 – Avoid the Crowds and Long Waits

Like most people, you likely have a very busy schedule and may not have time to vote on election day. In a presidential year, you can expect long lines even when things run smoothly.   But new voting procedures have changed everything.  They are are cumbersome and complicated (see here for details), so expect even longer waits.

Early voting helps you skip the queues and vote on your own schedule, saving you time and hassle.

2 – Your Vote Matters More
Early voting ensures that your voice is heard without the last-minute rush. By voting early, you contribute to a smoother election process and help ensure that every vote counts.

VOTE BY MAIL

WHY?

If you have traditionally preferred to vote in person, please read on.  This year it will be more important than ever to vote by mail. Here's why:

1 – It’s the Easiest and Most Reliable Way to Vote

Voting by mail will ensure that you can cast your vote without spending any more time than you need to.

2 - Voting by Mail is Private and Secure
In addition to being complicated, the new in-person voting procedures present serious privacy issues.   Voting by mail allows you to select your candidates in the privacy of your own home, and securely submit your ballot.  You can also track your ballot to ensure it was received.

3 -Turnout Drives Victories
