COUNCIL PRESIDENT
JUDITH CUSICK

A 24-year Ramsey resident, Judy Cusick is married and the mother of three grown children. She has served on the Ramsey Borough Council since 2021 and currently serves as Council President for 2026. Throughout her years in Ramsey, Judy has held multiple Borough leadership and volunteer roles. She serves on the Board of Ramsey Housing, Inc. and is a member of the Ramsey Office of Emergency Management and Community Emergency Response Team.

Professionally, Judy is a New Jersey Licensed Professional Engineer and a NJDEP Industrial Wastewater Operator. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as an M.A. in Administration from Montclair State University. Outside of her professional and community service, Judy is a second-degree black belt and martial arts instructor.
